Trinity Catholic Celtics beat First Baptist Academy Lions 51-36 in Florida high school football game

First Baptist Academy - Trinity Catholic High School quarterback Preston Wright picked up 186 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to lead the Trinity Catholic Celtics to a 51-36 win over the First Baptist Academy Lions on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Celtics also received helpful efforts from defensive back Austin Holder who rushed 21 times for 148 yards and 3 touchdowns and running back Antwon Blanchard who rushed 9 times for 44 yards.

First Baptist Academy's quarterback Ethan Crossan threw for 344 yards and 4 touchdowns and Winston Watkins picked up 20 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Trinity Catholic improve to 6-6 on the season while First Baptist Academy falls to 9-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
