Hoggard Vikings defeat Cleveland Rams 51-35 in North Carolina high school football game

Clayton, NC - Hoggard High School quarterback Hudson Wilharm racked up 385 passing yards and threw for 6 touchdowns to guide the Hoggard Vikings to a 51-35 win over the Cleveland Rams on Friday night at Clayton, NC in a high school football game.

The Vikings also received major efforts from running back Javion Joseph-Fontaine who rushed 12 times for 53 yards and running back Tamear Webb who rushed 12 times for 15 yards.

Cleveland's Jackson Byrd threw for 262 yards and 1 touchdown, Tyson Stokes picked up 191 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns and Cameron Goins had 193 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 13-1 on the season while Cleveland falls to 13-1. Tonight’s game was the second matchup between the two teams. In the previous game Friday August 18, Cleveland came out in front, 51-35.
